We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced or sale item subject to the following conditions:

  • the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
  • The item must be returned in perfect condition it was sent out as: unworn, unwashed and tags attached, or it will be rejected. By Harbel reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.
  • Please fill in the form that is sent out with your order, and post it back with your return.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.
  • We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by By Harbel will not be issued a refund. By Harbel will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.
  • If you receive a faulty garment, please email sales@byharbel.com.au to notify us. Once confirmed by our team, you will receive a returns label to post back your order.
